Workers Compensation Reports

Assess worker's physical abilities, including activities of daily livening skills at home and comment on their level of independence and current assistance provided. Make recommendations about future assistance needs including home modifications and equipment, leisure, driving and work options.

Assessments and reports can also be completed for Section 60AA matters.

Compulsory Third Party Claims & Public Liability Reports

Assess Claimants physical and functional abilities in their home environment and provide opinion on pre and post injury status, gratuitous assistance and future needs including family and commercial assistance for personal care, domestic and gardening tasks and transport. Also, comment on need for specialised equipment and home modifications to promote safety, task participation and independence.

Paediatric Reports

Assess a child's physical, play, learning and social skill development. We consider the child's ability to contribute to personal and domestic activities of daily living, as would be expected considering their age. The report considers the additional assistance that has been provided to them on a gratuitous basis as a result of their disability and the future care that they will require throughout their lifetime. In additional requirements for professional services, home modifications and specialised equipment both in their home and within their school, pre-school or childcare, are included in the report.

Medical Negligence Reports

Assess the impact of a disability on the person's ability to engage in everyday activities of daily living. The report considers the level of assistance that has been provided on a gratuitous basis and the care that is needed in the future. The areas we focus on include personal care, domestic and gardening tasks and transport. Where appropriate we also consider the care of others that the person provided prior to their disability.

Wills and Disputes & Public Trustee Reports

Comment and quantify the deceased person's previous domestic roles and responsibilities including care of others. We provide our opinion on current and future domestic & childcare needs for the remaining family members, including the cost.

If a person with a disability is involved then a physical and Activities of Daily Living assessment would be completed with recommendations for their current and future accommodation & home modifications, care needs, professional services and equipment for the remainder of their lifetime.

Asbestos / Dust Disease Reports

Assess the care that has been provided since symptoms of the disease presented and the assistance that would be required in the future. Considering what would reasonably be provided on a gratuitous basis and what would be required on a commercial basis. Particularly focusing on the gratuitous care that would be required in relation to personal care; domestic, gardening and home maintenance; and transport assistance, for their life expectancy. The report also considers the need for any necessary treatment, specialised equipment and home modifications, including the cost.
